GENERAL TERMS
I reserve the right to decline your order if I'm uncomfortable with it. I retain all rights to the finished artwork and any preliminary materials produced during the working process, which can be used for self-promotion and portfolio display.PAYMENT
FULL PAYMENT UPFRONT. A payment plan (50% upfront, 50% after sketch approval) is available for commissions over 150 USD. The accepted currency is USD, and payment can only be made via PayPal. Or you can order directly from VGen!
Once your commission is accepted, I will send a PayPal invoice for payment processing. Invoices are due within 10 days, unless otherwise agreed upon. Invoices past the due date will be automatically canceled along with the commission associated with them. Commissions with payment received earlier will be prioritized.USE
Commissions are for personal or non-commercial use only, such as gifts, wallpapers, or sharing on social media with credit (@evoixic). Preliminary materials provided cannot be used for any purpose other than personal use. For monetized content, an additional charge of 50% of the final price will apply. Commercial merchandising incurs an extra 100% of the final price.
Do not trace, edit, resell, or make a profit from the commissioned work. Do not use any part of the commission for non-fungible tokens (NFTs), blockchain, cryptocurrency, AI image generators, or any future technologies related to these.REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
No refunds will be issued once I have started working on the sketch. It’s important to make revisions early to avoid dissatisfaction. A full refund can be requested before I start the commission, minus any transaction fees. If a payment plan is applied, cancellation is possible at the delivery of the sketch, but the upfront payment will not be refunded.
Please do not file a PayPal chargeback under any circumstances. If a refund is required, I will handle the transaction personally. Always contact me first to resolve any issues.PROCESS AND DELIVERY
The commission process is divided into three stages: sketch, line art, and shading. You will receive work-in-progress images during each stage. The time frame for completion varies from 2 weeks to 2 months, depending on factors like the complexity of the piece and my current workload. The finished artwork will be delivered in high-resolution .png format.REVISIONS
I can make necessary changes during the sketch stage, but only a maximum of two revisions will be allowed in the line art and color stages. If further revisions are needed, an agreement can be reached. Feel free to ask! Additional changes after approval will incur a fee—unless they were due to a misunderstanding. Free revisions are limited to what was agreed upon in the Request Form, and major revisions requiring redrawing will cost extra.WILL DO
I can draw humanoid characters, fanarts, original characters (OCs), furry characters, and characters with animal ears, tails, fangs, wings, etc. NSFW (nudity, sexual content) is acceptable—please describe your idea in text, and I will request references if needed. Light gore (blood, body horror, wounds, etc.) is also permissible, following the same guidelines as NSFW.WON'T DO
I do not accept commissions for celebrities, realism, elderly or infant characters, complex furry designs, big creatures, extreme gore or violence, complex mecha designs (robots, large vehicles, etc.), or heavy armor.If any of these terms are violated, you will lose all rights to the commissioned artwork, and I will retain the right to profit from it in any way I see fit. If you have any concerns about these statements, we can discuss potential changes before payment.
